Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Austrian Ice Hockey Association (ÖEHV), Attemsgasse 7/D, 1st floor, 1220 Vienna, Austria, email: info@eishockey.at, phone: +43 1 20 200 20-0 – of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice before the period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal statement. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method selected by you are not reimbursed.

We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal statement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal was removed after delivery. The statutory exceptions in § 18 FAGG apply.
