World Cham­pi­onship 2023: Regis­tra­tion for ticket draw opens

The draw offers the opportunity to purchase day tickets for World Championship games in Tampere and Riga. Anyone interested in purchasing day tickets should register to take part in the draw. As tickets for Tampere and Riga are sold by different organisers, registration must be made for either Tampere or Riga – or for both, if fans wish to purchase day tickets for both venues.

The draw will take place after the registration deadline. The winners of the draw will be informed whether they have acquired the right to purchase the tickets for which they registered in the draw, and how and when the purchase can be made.

After the purchase period, the remaining day tickets will be made available for public sale.

"In 2022, there was great interest in the games in Tampere. With the draw, we want to ensure that all ice hockey fans have an equal chance of getting tickets for the most popular games," explains Heikki Hietanen, Secretary General of the Organising Committee of the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Finland.

Tickets for individual games are expected to be released in February 2023.

There is a wide range of day tickets available in different price and seating categories for the games of the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Tampere.

There is a special promotional category available for all matchdays for those registering for the ticket draw – but only for participants in the ticket draw. Prices for promotional-category day tickets for Tampere start at € 15 for children (5-12 years) and € 20 for adults. The cheapest day ticket including a game involving the Finnish home team starts at € 35 for children (5-12 years) and € 57,50 for adults.
