Workshops on strength training
Following a pandemic-related shutdown, ÖEHV is returning to everyday sporting activities with the Strength Passport training course. We will make up the workshops planned for June in August and September.

Appropriate strength training is essential for developing speed and for coping with physical demands in ice hockey. Unfortunately, other nations are still clearly ahead of Austria in this area.
The content presented in this workshop is grounded in sports science and proven in sporting practice – specialist knowledge for all youth coaches to prepare our young players as effectively as possible for competitive sport.
Dates and venues
- Linz (Landessportzentrum/Gugl): 8 August 2020
- Graz (Sportpark): 29 August 2020
- Innsbruck (Olympiazentrum): 5 September 2020
- Klagenfurt (BORG/Hubertusstraße 1): 12 September 2020
Participation in this event is also valid for licence renewal. Binding registrations must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks before the respective event date, by email to Gerold Maier (gerold.maier@eishockey.at). Payment of the participation fee reserves the place.
