Austria's men's ice hockey national team will officially open the new national team season at the Deutschland Cup in Landshut from 9 November 2023 to 12 November 2023.
At a press conference on 11 October in the Mirror Hall at the Haus des Sports in Vienna, Prinz Eugen-Straße 12, 1040 Vienna, Klaus Hartmann, ÖEHV President, Yasmin Stepina, ÖEHV Vice-President, Bernhard Friedrich, ÖEHV Managing Director, Roger Bader, Men's Sporting Director, Martin Kogler, General Manager Women's and Para, national team player Antonia Matzka and Para captain Michael Sauer provided a preview of the upcoming training camps and tournaments, the current status of World Championship preparations for the senior and junior national teams, as well as the men's World Championship in Prague and Ostrava from 10 May 2024 to 26 May 2024.
