Two assists! Marco Rossi reaches the 100-point mark in the NHL
With two assists in the wild 8:7 overtime win over the San Jose Sharks, ÖEHV forward Marco Rossi wrote another chapter in Austrian NHL history. He reached the 100-point mark. He now has 101 points to his name.

After Thomas Vanek (789 points – 373 goals, 416 assists), Michael Grabner (276 points – 175 goals, 101 assists) and Michael Raffl (179 points – 89 goals, 90 assists), he is only the fourth Austrian to achieve this in the regular season – and, with 60 points so far this season alone (24 goals, 36 assists), is making a real statement.
In the goal fest at the Xcel Energy Center in front of 18.675 fans against the San Jose Sharks, the Vorarlberg native set up the equaliser at 4:4 with his 35th assist of the season on one of two power plays in the second period, before shortly afterwards setting up Minnesota's 5:4 lead with his 36th assist.
Rossi spent a total of 19:02 minutes on the ice across 22 shifts and registered one shot on goal. The win kept Minnesota Wild's playoff hopes alive.
