Following the successful U18 Women's World Championship Division IB in Radenthein last September, Austria's men's national ice hockey team will officially open the new national team season at the Deutschland Cup, 10 - 13 November in Krefeld (GER).
At a press briefing on Wednesday, 2 November in Vienna, Klaus Hartmann, ÖEHV President, Nicolas Stockhammer, ÖEHV Vice-President, Bernhard Friedrich, ÖEHV Managing Director, and Roger Bader, Men's Sports Director, together with Laura Lüftenegger, Women's National Team, Michael Sauer, Para National Team captain, and Christian Klepp, Women's National Team Manager, gave an outlook on the upcoming training camps and tournaments, the current status of the World Championship preparations of the senior and junior national teams, as well as the Men's World Championship in Tampere (FIN) and Riga (LAT) from 12 - 28 May 2023.
