Marco Rossi made his debut for the Züricher Lions in the Swiss National League on Friday. The Vorarlberg native featured for 13 minutes in the 6:3 home win over HC Davos (with Benjamin Baumgartner) and set up Denis Hollenstein's 3:0 goal with 26 minutes played.
New Jersey Devils draft pick Baumgartner, meanwhile, was held without a point. The Lions moved up to second place with their first win after three consecutive defeats, while Davos remain bottom.
The remaining National League games on Friday were cancelled due to coronavirus cases. This means that eight of the twelve clubs have already had to suspend operations, at least temporarily.
