Play-off time! U18i, U17 and U13 enter the crucial phase

The battle for the title and medals in the U18 International features Austria vs. Hungary in both match-ups. EC KAC face Ujpesti Jegkorong Akademia in the final. The Red Jackets won both Master Round meetings convincingly, 8:3 and 6:1. The series will be played in a best-of-five format, with KAC opening the series in front of their home crowd on Tuesday and Wednesday.

EC Red Bull Salzburg and Fehervar Hockey Academy will meet in the best-of-three series for 3rd place. The remaining placement games begin this weekend. 5th place will be contested between Okanagan Hockey Academy and Vasas SC, while Budapest Jegkorong Akademia and DVTK Jegesmedvek Jegkorong Sportakademia will battle for 7th place.

KAC slight favourites in the U17 too

EC KAC can also hope to lift the trophy in the U17. Just two defeats across Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined (!) speak for themselves. Okanagan Hockey Academy White are the first hurdle for the Klagenfurt side in the quarter-finals. As in the U20, this age group will also see the academy derby between Styria and Upper Austria. 

EC IDM VSV face HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie, while spusu Vienna Captials take on Okanagan Hockey Academy Red.

U13: Upper and lower play-offs confirmed

After Phase 1, the Capitals led Graz99 Juniors, EC Red BUll Salzburg and EC iDM VSV Blau, but the order was turned on its head in Phase 2. The Eagles finished Phase 2 in 1st place, ahead of Graz, Salzburg and the Capitals. Villach face Leistungszentrum Obersteiermark in the quarter-finals, while Graz take on VSV weiß, Salzburg face EC KAC and spusu Vienna Capitals meet HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie.

U11: Top 4 battle for the title in Klagenfurt

After Phase 3, EC iDM VSV, HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie, ICEHAWKS Hockey Club and EC KAC "rot" occupied places 1 - 4 and will now contest the final tournament in Klagenfurt this weekend. The 2022/2023 champions will be determined in a round-robin format.

U20: Decision draws nearer

The best-of-five semi-final series in the U20 begin today, Friday. EC Red Bull Salzburg host Eishockey-Akademie Steiermark today and tomorrow, while Nordic Hockey Academy face EV spusu Vienna Capitals.

U15: Traditional derby in the semi-finals

The U15 also begin their semi-final series this weekend. While EV spusu Vienna Capitals battle SPG Okanagan Hockey Academy/EC Lower Austria Stars for a place in the final, EC iDM VSV and EC KAC will contest the traditional derby in the semi-finals.
