OÖEHV: Christian Ladberg begins his fifth term of office
A few days ago, the Upper Austrian Ice Hockey Association held its annual general meeting, with the election of the executive committee also on the agenda this year. Christian Ladberg was confirmed as president.

“On behalf of the entire executive committee, I would like to thank everyone for their trust. I am looking forward to my fifth term of office and to further constructive years,” explains Christian Ladberg. Florian Peterstorfer stepped down from the executive committee at his own request. “We owe him a great debt of gratitude for the past eight years he has dedicated to Upper Austrian ice hockey,” said Ladberg.
Erich Patrick Haider joins the unanimously elected executive committee as his successor.
Looking ahead to the forthcoming term of office, the re-elected president said: “Overall, we are on the right track. The aim is to bring more children and young people into ice hockey, thereby further strengthening and expanding the youth sector, and to create role models with even more domestic players in the various leagues. With the establishment of the Upper Austrian Ice Hockey Academy, we were able to reach a milestone in 2020 that is already bearing its first fruits, with the title in the U20 Austrian Championship won last season.”
