ÖEHV and My Ice Hockey digitalise Austria’s national teams

Through its partnership with My Ice Hockey, the Austrian Ice Hockey Federation is taking the next important step towards digitalisation and professionalisation. My Ice Hockey’s coach/player software will standardise player evaluations within the men’s national teams from U14 to U20, providing all coaches with important information. The system will also be used by all women’s youth national teams, the women’s senior national team and the Para national team.

The app-based application records discussions, evaluations, test results, statistics and much more, which can be produced as player dossiers. Players are assessed according to standardised criteria, creating a better overview and supporting the national team coaches in their day-to-day work.

The tool will be used across all men’s youth national teams, from U14 to U20. My Ice Hockey will be implemented gradually by the summer. From summer 2023, only the IT system of ÖEHV’s new partner will be used.
