EBNER GROUPThe Austrian Ice Hockey Association (ÖEHV) has secured EBNER GROUP as a new sponsor for the women’s national team. The Upper Austrian family-owned company will feature on the sleeves of the ÖEHV women’s jerseys as a sleeve sponsor at the top-division Ice Hockey World Championship. It will be the first-ever appearance in the highest World Championship category for Austria’s women’s national team – a historic milestone that EBNER GROUP will support as a partner.
With this sponsorship, EBNER GROUP is sending a clear signal in support of women’s ice hockey in Austria. For the ÖEHV, the partnership is an important building block in matching the women’s national team’s sporting progress with commercial development and providing the team with the best possible conditions for the tournament in Denmark.

Austria’s women’s national team, currently ranked 13th in the IIHF World Ranking, will face the reigning world champions and Olympic champions USA, Czechia, Switzerland and Germany in the group stage in Esbjerg. The ÖEHV and the global EBNER team are keeping their fingers crossed for the women’s national team at the tournament from 6 to 16 November 2026.
