In 2014, Sports Director Roger Bader launched Coaches Mentoring. The format was paused during the COVID19 pandemic, but has once again been a permanent fixture in the ÖEHV calendar since 2023. “Since we started running it, the mentoring programme has been a success story. Alongside state-certified training programmes and the Coaches Clinic, it is another opportunity for us, as the governing body, to provide further education and training for coaches,” explains Roger Bader.

In his presentations, Florian Mühlstein provided insights into the ÖEHV itself and its areas of responsibility, training planning and athlete development, and Small Area Games. The concluding discussion round focused on the question: “What is coaching?”

“It is great to see the importance placed on further training in Tyrol. The exchange and openness to discussing certain topics are exemplary and make presenting particularly enjoyable and rewarding,” reflected Florian Mühlstein.
