Non-profit organisations (NPOs) provide indispensable services to our society. These organisations have also been severely affected by the coronavirus crisis. The Austrian Federal Government therefore supports non-profit organisations.

As part of the Sport Austria Jour Fixe, the NPO Support Fund was presented by Dr Stefan Imhof (BMKÖS) and Mag. Gerfried Brunner (AWS). The application process was explained and questions from organised sport were answered.

Costs incurred for tax advisers and auditors as part of the application process are eligible costs. On the Sport Austria website, you will find a list of tax advisory and auditing firms, including those with relevant experience in supporting non-profit (sports) clubs, which can therefore ensure a swift and efficient application process.
