All women’s leagues under way
Following the women’s Bundesliga, the second and third tiers also got their championship campaigns under way last weekend.

EAC Junior Capitals Flyers remain unbeaten in the 1. Bundesliga. In their second game of the season, the Viennese side claimed a comfortable 5:1 home win over Ice Cats Linz and now sit third in the table, three points behind Neuberg.
Kitzbühel/Kufstein secured their first win of the season with a 2:0 away victory over Devils Graz, with both goals coming in the first period.
The second and third Bundesligas got under way at the weekend. Gipsy Girls Villach won the Carinthian derby against Dragons Klagenfurt 4:3 after overtime. DEC Eagles Salzburg II beat Ice Cats Linz II 4:1 away from home.
