Guided by six coaches and two goaltending coaches under the leadership of Peter Schweda, the players completed seven position-specific training sessions. A total of 21 sessions, each accompanied by strength and conditioning training before and after.

"It was a fantastic first event, and we also found ideal conditions in St. Pölten. We were able to go through many details with the players and want these team camps to provide added value for them," explains Peter Schweda

Following a brief performance diagnostic test at the start of the team camp, additional video sessions were held every evening to discuss and analyse the day's training. On Friday, Florian Mühlstein, ÖEHV Head of Youth Education and Development, also joined the team camp.

"Our aim is to hold these team camps regularly, both to offer the players added value beyond their day-to-day club environment and to expand the pool of national team players for the next age group," says Peter Schweda.
